Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?
A: All prospective tenants need to fill out an application to be considered. Applications are not on a first
come first served basis, once we have processed the application we can approve or deny the applicant and at
that time offer an available unit.

Q: How old do you have to be to apply?
A: All applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A: Security deposits are refundable if all terms and conditions of the lease agreement have been met.

Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
A: We would love to have you as a tenant, please click on the "rentals" tab, then "apply online".

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: Upon move in tenants will be shown their tenant portal where they can pay rent, make maintenance
requests, and communicate with management and maintenance.

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: All leases automatically go month to month at their expiration, if you are planning to
move out please be sure you provide written 30 day notice with date you plan to move and forwarding address.
