A: Your owner portal are accessible 24/7. In emergency situations we have after hours call support.

Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A: Leases are available through your owner portal. All leases are signed electronically.

Q: How and when do I get my checks?
A: PFS Property Management focus a great deal of time and energy in rent collections between the 1st and 10th of each month.
We also concentrate on maintenance billing during this time period. We then must allow time for tenant payments to clear the
bank to ensure accurate accounting. Payment is made to owner after all due diligence and is paid VIA EFT bank transfer.

Q: How is rent collection handled?
A: Majority of out tenants will pay through their portal using methods such as EFT bank transfer or credit/debit
card transaction. In some cases we collect money orders, checks, or cash for payments.

Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
A: Security deposit will vary from property to property, but it is generally 1.5 times rent amount.
