About Us
PFS Property Management has been managing and maintaining their own rental properties since 1995. The
idea to offer our services to property owners other than ourselves stems from a property owners viewpoint that management,
maintenance, and overall property care should be simple and seamless.
We have struggled through the “trial and error” that a property owner often does and as our portfolio has grown so
has our skillset, or efficiency, and our quality of maintenance. In turn our systems have grown and become effective
and efficient as well, all while maximizing our returns on the investment.
Meet the Team
Adam Prince » Property Manager, Owner
Adam Prince, a native of Holland, has been involved with property maintenance and management from a young age. He
and his wife helped the family maintain their handful of rental units and began investing on their own. As the
extended family fell out of the rental property business, Adam became even more involved and continued to invest
while running his property maintenance and repair business, Prince Facility Services.
He currently lives in Holland with his wife and 2 of his 4 children, both of whom help with the family businesses.
His oldest (step)daughter is on her own and raising her 4 young children and his middle son is currently in the
United States Marine Corp. Adam’s evenings and weekends are spent coaching youth lacrosse and hockey and when he
is not doing that he usually with his family at the lake.
Keeley Boeve » Office Manager
Keeley has lived in the Holland area her entire life and currently resides in Hamilton, MI with her husband, son, and dog.
She has over 20 years experience in office administration field and has been with PFS Property Management since early 2018.
During her free time she volunteers with her son’s Boy Scout Troop, goes camping, being outside, and spending leisure
time with her family.
